The need of a Plan of Formation for laity flows from the presence and growth of a group of lay persons committed to living the Marist charism, which is expressed in various ways and introduces a new understanding of Marist life, wider and more diverse. One also observes a growing awareness of the need for formation to facilitate the transformation of our presences, personal growth, and the response to the needs of our respective milieus.
