The third meeting of the International Commission « New models of animation, management and government » was held in the General House of the Marist Brothers in Rome from 18 to 20 February. The participants were : Mr Marco Cândido (Brasil Centro-Sul) and Brothers Gabriel Villa-Real (l’Hermitage), Michel Green (Australia), Víctor Preciado (Councillor and Econome General), John Klein (Councillor General) and João Carlos do Prado (Secretariat of Mission).

The purpose of the meeting was to present to the General Council the outline of the Project worked on by the commission in the previous meetings, as well as the methodology and the structure of implementation. This is why the commission reflected with the Council on the mornings of 19 and 20 February.

The project « New models of animation, management and government » aims at the implementation and durability of the Marist mission on the different levels of the Institute. The international character of the Institute and the participation of the laity are opportunities for seeking together the best way to reinforce the Marist presence and mission in the world, especially in the new lands the Lord is calling us to.
