On behalf of the Marist Solidarity Team, and all those we work with throughout Asia and the Pacific, I would like to thank you for your support throughout 2014.

2014 has been a marked by a steady increase in support from our Australian network. Your combined efforts have meant that programs for children with a disability in Timor-Leste and Cambodia has been able to expand, education for peace in Sri Lanka has taken place, support for those living with HIV/AIDs in India has continued and children in the tea gardens of Bangladesh will soon be able to attend school... just to name a few.

We have also seen great support through emergency appeals that continue for the flooding in the Solomon Islands, typhoon damage in the Philippines and the Marist Blues in war torn Syria.

Once again, thank you from us all in the Marist Solidarity Team in Brisbane and our overseas partners for your commitment and support.

We wish you and your families happiness and joy this Christmas and may the New Year be full of hope.

Sincerely,

Brother Allen Sherry
Executive Director - Marist Solidarity
